You are welcome to book an overnight stay with breakfast.
Breakfast is served from Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM, at the Riedbach Restaurant, located in the lobby area of the Hunziker Guesthouse. They offer a classic continental breakfast.

On Saturdays and Sundays, breakfast is served at BagelBoys, located right next door to the guesthouse. They offer a great breakfast bagel package from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

If you have booked without breakfast, we recommend Bäckerei Steiner, a bakery located just across the street. They offer a wide selection for a spontaneous breakfast.

Although we are officially a guesthouse, we offer hotel-style services. All rooms are fully equipped with essentials such as towels and bed linens. Please note that we typically change towels every three days. Sustainability is a key value in the Hunziker Areal, and we are proud to contribute to this commitment.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the guesthouse. The only exception is certified assistance dogs.

The Hunziker Guesthouse is part of the cooperative housing association mehr als wohnen. This association aims to provide affordable and environmentally friendly living spaces. Since televisions consume a significant amount of energy, having them in the rooms would contradict the cooperative’s sustainability principles. As an alternative, we offer free WiFi throughout the guesthouse and the surrounding area.

The city tax is a type of tourism levy used to finance tourism projects and promote tourism in Zurich. It is charged at CHF 3.50 per night, per person. The guesthouse collects this tax on behalf of Zurich Tourism and forwards the amount accordingly.

Depending on the booking platform you used (such as Booking.com, Expedia, etc.), the city tax may still need to be paid directly at the Hunziker Guesthouse.
