This guesthouse, opened in May 2015, welcomes you in the northern part of Zurich, just a 5-minute walk from the exhibition center and Hallenstadion. Each room at Gästehaus Hunziker features free Wi-Fi, wooden floors, and a private bathroom.

Standard Single Room

Our approximately 15 m² Standard Single Room offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. Enjoy a cozy futon bed (1.40 x 2.00 m), allergy-friendly bedding, and complimentary Wi-Fi.

The room also includes a private bathroom with a shower and toilet, as well as a hairdryer. Our toiletries are certified with the Nordic Swan Ecolabel—environmentally friendly, sustainable, and gentle on the skin.

A shared kitchenette with facilities for preparing coffee and tea is located directly on the floor. Some rooms offer access to a balcony with seating—ideal for a short break outdoors.

Superior Single Room

Our approximately 15 m² Superior Single Room offers comfortable and well-thought-out amenities—ideal for solo travelers and business guests.

The room features a comfortable hotel-quality box spring bed (1.40 x 2.00 m) with anti-allergenic bedding to ensure a restful sleep. Some rooms include access to a shared balcony with seating—perfect for a short break in the fresh air.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, hairdryer, and soft terry towels. High-quality toiletries certified with the Nordic Swan Ecolabel provide conscious and pleasant personal care.

You’ll also find convenient technical features: integrated USB-C charging ports at the bed allow easy charging of your devices. For the perfect start to your day, a kitchenette with a Nespresso machine is available on the floor.

Standard Double Room

Our approximately 17–21 m² Standard Double Rooms accommodate up to two guests and offer cozy retreats with plenty of space to relax. A comfortable futon bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), allergy-friendly bedding, and stylish parquet flooring ensure a pleasant living experience.

The rooms feature a private bathroom with shower and toilet, a hairdryer, and terry towels. Environmentally friendly toiletries certified with the Nordic Swan Ecolabel are provided—skin-friendly, sustainable, and resource-efficient.

Some rooms offer access to a shared balcony with seating—perfect for a moment of relaxation outdoors. Additionally, a kitchenette is available on the same floor where you can prepare coffee or tea at any time.

Superior Double Room

Our approximately 17–21 m² Superior Double Rooms accommodate up to two guests and combine thoughtful comfort with stylish furnishings.

Equipped with a high-quality box spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) featuring Bonnell springs and anti-allergenic bedding, the room provides ideal conditions for a restful sleep. Elegant parquet flooring completes the cozy ambiance. Some rooms also offer access to a shared balcony with seating—perfect for a relaxing break outdoors.

The modern bathroom includes a shower, toilet, hairdryer, and soft terry towels. Environmentally friendly toiletries certified with the Nordic Swan Ecolabel are provided—gentle on the skin, sustainable, and guilt-free.

You’ll be well equipped technically as well: integrated USB-C charging ports at the bed allow convenient charging of your devices.

Triple Room

Our approximately 22–25 m² Triple Rooms offer ample space and comfort for up to four guests—ideal for families, groups of friends, or guests who prefer extra room to relax.

Equipped with a spacious futon bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and an additional sofa bed (0.90 x 2.00 m), even small groups can enjoy a restful night. Anti-allergenic bedding and high-quality parquet flooring create a comfortable and welcoming environment.

Studio

Our approximately 40 m² studio offers spacious living comfort for up to four guests—ideal for extended stays or guests who value independence and extra space. Please note: the studio is available for bookings with a minimum stay of 7 nights.

Equipped with a futon bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a sofa bed (1.20 x 2.00 m), the studio is suitable for couples, families, or small groups. Anti-allergenic bedding and elegant parquet flooring create a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere.

A fully equipped kitchenette (without dishwasher) allows flexible self-catering according to your needs. The bathroom features a bathtub with integrated shower, toilet, hairdryer, and soft terry towels. Toiletries certified with the Nordic Swan Ecolabel are also provided—environmentally friendly, skin-friendly, and sustainable.

A shared balcony with seating invites you to enjoy small breaks outdoors.

Accessible Single Room

Our accessible single rooms are approximately 15 m² in size and feature a futon bed measuring 1.40 x 2.00 m. They offer the same comfort and amenities as our standard rooms. The room is fully wheelchair accessible, including the bathroom and shower. There are no thresholds throughout the room, allowing for easy mobility. Access to the room is direct and step-free from the elevator, ensuring maximum comfort and accessibility.
